Pocket dump. It tells you a lot about a man. You could even say it bares his soul. Lets you into his life. Which is cool. With our connection to the shooting sports, we’re all, more or less, brothers. In our first installment of EDC, we’re featuring Kevin Weyrauch, the marketing manager for Seekins Precision. Seek and ye shall find what his EDC is.

The Rundown

I have my Samsung Note5, which is my tether to the world and work. I get twitchy if for some reason my email stops working or I can’t randomly update social media.

I carry a Cold Steel RECON 1. It does what I need it to do, such as open boxes and cut things. It is large enough that it feels comfortable in my hand, and can still get the job done if it were ever needed.

The note on the keychain keeps me grounded and reminds me of what is important in life. My kids are what makes me whole, so having that reminder in my pocket is always a bonus.

My wallet is a converted passport holder, mainly to hold my concealed-carry permit.

Honestly I never go anywhere without a hat. If it’s not on my head, it’s not far away.

I just recently switched to a Glock 19 in a BlackPoint IWB holster. I don’t know if I am sold on the G19 yet, but in a pinch, it will do more than hurt feelings. Being in New York, it is somewhat frowned upon to carry any of the more dependable Seekins related gear.
